You have the right to request that we permanently delete all personal data associated with your Startline account. This includes your profile, workout history, and any other stored information.

How the process works

Submit this form

Fill out the request below with your account email address. We need this to locate your data.

We verify your identity

We'll send a confirmation email to the address you provide. This protects your data from being deleted by someone else.

Deletion within 30 days

Once confirmed, we delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days and send you confirmation.

This action is irreversible

Deleting your data permanently removes all workout logs, training history, account information, and settings. This cannot be undone. Consider exporting your data first from within the app.
