You may not use Startline to transmit spam, malicious code, or any content that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of the workout data and content you submit to Startline.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating Startline.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.
6. Free Tier & Paid Features
Startline offers a free tier with core features. Additional features may be offered under paid plans.
Pricing and plan details are displayed within the app. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Startline name, logo, software, and design are owned by Startline and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Startline is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Training data and analytics provided by Startline are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional athletic or medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
